We can only post items to within the UK.

 

All Items will be sent by Royal Mail, tracked delivery.

 

Items will be posted from the Isle of Rum on the next available date.

 

Please allow longer than usual for delivery due to postage times from the island , we expect all items to arrive in 3-5 days but sometimes this may be delayed due to ferry disruption or adverse weather.

 

Postage and Packaging costs vary by item and by combination of items. Postage and packaging charges are calculated at checkout before payment is made.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

 

All Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with any labels or tags intact.

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please contact us first to arrange the return. Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.

 

After receiving the item and inspecting it's condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 days from receipt of item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
